Refund policy
At Machete Premium Cigars, our standard is uncompromising quality. Due to the perishable nature of premium handmade cigars and strict federal regulations, all tobacco sales are final once opened. We inspect every box and pack prior to shipment to ensure optimal humidity, flawless wrappers, and pristine condition when leaving Columbia, South Carolina.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at machetecigar@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly review your request and provide a replacement or store credit for verified shipping issues.
Cigars cannot be returned once shipped due to tobacco regulations.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of premium handmade cigars and tobacco regulations, all in‑person sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our possession.
